"Angels Landing" in Zion Natl. Park, southern Utah. Shelli waited here for me as I continued up to the top, which is up the narrow path directly behind her. We made it all the way to the top a few yrs. ago but this time Shelli was a bit nervous so she waited as I continued up. People have fallen off this trail to their death. It has narrow paths and shear drops of 1,500 to 2,000 feet straight down. It's an exiciting hike. 4 hrs. around trip. Not for the faint at heart.
In Oct. 2007 I arrowed this 6pt. buck on a farm I hunt on in Arcadia Twps, Mi. The antlers weren't the biggest but he was a big body deer. Wore me out dragging him out of the woods. In Nov. I shot a doe with my shotgun. I've shot many, many deer since Shelli's dad introduced me to deer hunting. That was the following season after we got married, Nov. of 1980. I started Bow hunting in 1983. Poor things, they're so pretty but they taste sooo good.
